On February 9th, CrossFit Enigma held the first annual "You Have Heart" Fundraiser in honor of Shaelana "Shae" Trainor, an avid athlete, mother of two boys, and an ovarian cancer survivor. Over 100 friends and family members came out to support Shae. The event included participation in CrossFit's signature exercise program, called Workout of the Day, followed by a post-workout party including food and drink, music, and free massages. Over $1,600 was raised through registration fees and donations for the Shalaena Trainor Living Legacy Fund and Judy's Mission. Read more about Shalaena Trainor's Living Legacy Fund here.
